Luis Estrada, President & CEO (INT)
Luis is a 28-year media professional with incredible production experience that includes producing, directing, writing, corporate communications, marketing and serving as a news director, production manager and many other roles. Luis founded ES Creative Gang and his clients included WFAA-TV, Dallas County Community Colleges, Trinity Broadcasting Networks, Lucero Agency, Dallas Stars, KXTX-TV Telemundo, and AIM-Sony. Luis was also the senior vice president of Creative Services for Burbank, California based Friedland Jacobs (Latin America) and was also a vice president of Creative Services for cable networks, TNT Latin America and Cartoon Network Latin America. Luis is a shareholder and member of the board of directors of Studios 121.

Mario Calderon, Facility Manager & Chief Engineer
Mario is a 20 year broadcast and engineering veteran of the media industry. His experience includes working for NBC, CNN, Univision, WFAA, HTVN, and Firestone Communications. Mario’s valuable experience includes being responsible for Operations, News, Production and Broadcast Engineering. Mario currently oversees the facility operations, master control, Engineering, satellite uplink, fiber playback, and the IT department. Mario is a founder and member of the board of directors of Studios 121.

Paul Leone, Vice President of Production
Paul Leone has an extensive background in television production, editing and videography. Paul began his career as a producer, editor and videographer for the National Baseball Hall of Fame and Museum in Cooperstown, New York. Paul also served as the director of production for two programs on Home and Garden Television (“Dream Builders” and “Old Homes Restored”) and has produced programming for Spike TV, the Outdoor Life Network and PBS. His skills as an editor and videographer have been highlighted in productions for Major League Baseball, the Speed Channel, the WE Network, Disney XD and prominently featured in the History Channel’s production of “Deep Sea Detectives.” Before coming to Studios 121, Paul served as the Supervising Producer and Creative Director for the PBS series “Farmers’ Almanac TV.”

Will Raymond, Vice President of Technical Services
Will Raymond is responsible for managing all Studios 121′s production projects—from client services to completion of the production. Will brings to Studios 121 over a decade of experience in studio production management, live event facilitation, broadcast systems design, and facility installation. Previously Will worked as Director of Production and Technical Operations for Firestone Communications, Engineering Manager at AMS Production Group in Dallas and as a broadcast technician for RDA Systems in St. Louis. Will is extremely experienced in providing knowledgeable and hands-on experience for every Studios 121 client.

Mike Rangel, Master Control Manager
Mike Rangel has over 10 years of experience in Master Control Operations. Before joining Studios 121, Mike worked in master control operations for Firestone Communication where he excelled at managing the workflow and automated services of the origination and playback facility. Mike also worked with TXCN a 24-hour cable news network owned by BELO Corporation, one of the nation’s largest broadcast television groups. Mike’s experience also includes master control operations and network origination operations at other television groups including Telemundo.
