Michael Fletcher, President & CEO
Michael’s media career spans over 20 years as an entrepreneur with international media experience. Michael’s media career began when he produced his first television infomercial in 1986. Michael went on to become a founder and president of TeleVideo, a San Antonio, Texas based production company that produced over 200 episodes of television that included programming for Univision, Telemundo, and the hit television program, “Tejano Country,” which aired on CBS, NBC, FOX and ABC affiliates. After the company was sold in 2000, Michael later became a founder and president of Firestone Communications and was responsible for the day-to-day operations including all production, the satellite uplink and network origination business. Since leaving Firestone Communications Michael launched a number of companies including a private consulting firm, Fletcher Intel, a full service production company, Fletch Entertainment, an online continuing education website for the medical and dental industries, MediDentCE, and a global security company, OST International. Michael’s recent clients include projects for 7-Eleven, Farmers’ Almanac TV, IBM Inner Wireless, World Digital Media Group, and many others. Michael is the principal founder and chairman of the board of directors of Studios 121.

Luis Estrada, Chief Operating Officer

Luis is a 28-year media professional with incredible production experience that includes producing, directing, writing, corporate communications, marketing and serving as a news director, production manager and many other roles. Luis founded ES Creative Gang and his clients included WFAA-TV, Dallas County Community Colleges, Trinity Broadcasting Networks, Lucero Agency, Dallas Stars, KXTX-TV Telemundo, and AIM-Sony. Luis was also the senior vice president of Creative Services for Burbank, California based Friedland Jacobs (Latin America) and was also a vice president of Creative Services for cable networks, TNT Latin America and Cartoon Network Latin America. Luis has international experience in both the general and Hispanic markets. Luis is a founder and member of the board of directors of Studios 121.

John C. Glover, Board Of Directors

John Glover currently serves on the board of directors for Studios 121. Mr. Glover is the managing partner of Connemara Capital. Mr Glover joined Connemara Capital in April 2006. As Managing Partner, he is primarily responsible for directing the firm’s daily operational activities, the financial assessment and reporting of the firm’s portfolio investments and assisting the partnership in achieving its strategic objectives. Mr. Glover has held senior executive positions for both private and public companies. Prior to joining Connemara, he was partner and CFO of Rock Creek Capital, a $150 million private equity fund, where he directed natural resource, real estate and energy-related investment transactions. From 2003 to 2004 he served as CFO of CLK Energy, Inc., a natural gas exploration concern headquartered in New Orleans. Mr. Glover was formerly CFO of a $1.5 billion NYSE-traded health care services company where he had been employed since 1997. Mr. Glover was a Managing Director at Barnett Banks, Inc., prior to its merger with Bank of America in early 1997. He developed his corporate finance and M&A experience in JP Morgan’s investment banking group. Mr. Glover also served as a U.S. Naval nuclear submarine officer. He received an MBA from Harvard Business School and a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Duke University.

Mario Calderon, Director of Operations & Engineering

Mario is a 20 year broadcast and engineering veteran of the media industry. His experience includes working for NBC, CNN, Univision, WFAA, HTVN, and Firestone Communications. Mario’s valuable experience includes being responsible for Operations, News, Production and Broadcast Engineering. Mario currently oversees the facility operations, master control, Engineering, satellite uplink, fiber playback, and the IT department. Mario is a founder and member of the board of directors of Studios 121.

Francisco Cuevas, Director of Creative Services

Francisco Cuevas is an award winning Art Director with over 25 years of broadcast and print design experience. He began his career in 1985 as a graphic designer at Dynamedia in Los Angeles, California. Francisco then served at KVEA, Telemundo’s flagship station in Los Angeles. As Art Director he oversaw the News graphics, on-air promotion and designed sets for local programming. As a freelance Art Director, he designed print and on-air graphics for all three major Spanish television stations in Los Angeles; KMEX, KVEA and KWHY. Francisco later joined Turner Broadcasting as Art Director for TNT and Cartoon Network Latin America and then became the Art Director for the UNIVISION Network based in Miami, Florida. Francisco is a founder and member of the board of directors of Studios 121.
